Personality:

- Although Mania is a devil, or the Goddess of Hell as her name translates, she is surprisingly kind and gentle. But that doesn't mean she's all nice; when angered, Mania becomes very violent and will strike out at those who get in her way. When Satan waged war on Ente Isla, Mania was the first to take part in the killing; during the rest of the war, before she, Satan and Alciel fled to Earth, she remained by Satan's side to help protect him, showing that she is extremely brave and protective.

- As a human on Earth, Kino, as she is called, is even kinder and gentler, and shows great kindness to humans, much to Sadao's and Ashia's surprise. She still shows extreme violence when angered, but only in her devil form, which she goes into very rarely. Kino is also even more protective over Sadao, and tends to get jealous very easily.

Background:

Most of Mania's background is unknown, but what most, both humans and demons alike, do know about her is that she comes from a long line of very powerful female demons; only one in every 1000 females born manages to become a devil, and Mania is the first in hundreds of thousands of years.

Relationships:

Satan/Sadao Maou- In Ente Isla, Mania is Satan's wife. Unlike most devils and demons who have arranged marriages to strangers, or even family members, Satan and Mania married strictly out of love for each other, and they are inseparable.

On Earth, Kino is listed as Sadao's sister on their official records. This is due to Sadao wanting to spare the feelings of his friend and work partner, Chiho Sasaki, and although this is why Kino is jealous, she still allows it, knowing that Sadao will never let things go too far.

Alciel/Ashia Shiro- In Ente Isla, although Alciel was Mania's personal servant when he wasn't tending to Satan's needs, she never treated him as a servant, only as a close and reliable friend.

On Earth, Kino is a sort of stay-at-home 'wife', and Ashia takes great care of her while Sadao is away at work.

Lucifer/Urushihara Hanzo- Mania was never really fond of Lucifer in Ente Isla since he had such an awful attitude towards Satan and Alciel. She was actually next in line to be Lucifer's replacement as a demon general were he ever to perish in battle.

Since Urushihara has lost his bad attitude upon arriving on Earth, Kino has learned to tolerate him, even though he has become extremely lazy while living at the 'Devil's Castle'.

Emilia the Hero/Emi Yusa- No matter where they are, be it Earth or Ente Isla, Mania holds a very ill grudge against Emilia, mostly for chasing them from their home, but also for destroying one of Satan's horns, which Maria adored and considered a beautiful part of Satan's body. Mania does appreciate Emilia's help though, for she knows that she alone cannot always give Satan the help he needs while on Earth.

Chiho Sasaki- Kino sees Chiho as nothing more than an adorable human girl who is only interested in Sadao because of his looks and kindness, Even so, she is still extremely jealous of Chiho for spending so much time with Sadao. Kino is also annoyed with Sadao for allowing Chiho to get so close to him.

Relationship History:

Satan- Mania and Satan lived together for many years before finally getting married. But in those years before their marriage, Mania only ever treated Satan with love and kindness, and didn't care  about the others around her. Shortly after getting married, te two had a daughter together, but tragedy struck immediately after the baby was born; a human army suddenly attacked the Castle. It was unexpected and Satan was unprepared, but he still fought back with all of his might. The battle was a short one with only one casualty on Satan's side, as was reported to him. But when Satan returned to Mania, he found her on her knees in a pool of blood, a mutilated human lying next to her, and their baby in her arms. When Mania had turned to her husband, Satan discovered that the casualty was not one of his men, but his very own baby. Before Satan could go on a rampage, Mania pleaded with him to not blame the humans, but herself; their baby dying was punishment for her behavior in the past years. She promised she would treat her people nicer, hoping that one day she and Satan could try again at having a baby and raising a family.

Appearance:
Note: I did not draw her in her human form, but she looks exactly the same, just without the fur and horns.

-As a human, Kino is about the same height as Sadao. She has long, flowing black hair, with red eyes and slitted pupils, further leading Chiho to believe they are brother and sister, rather than husband and wife.

Kino loves wearing Sadao's clothes, so most of them time when she is at home at the Devil's Castle, she is wearing his clothes. (Usually his orange "I <3 JP" shirt and her own pajama pants.)

-As a demon, Mania's hair becomes a few inches longer, her eyes become a brighter red, and she is just a few inches shorter than Satan in his demon form (approx. two and a half meters). But unlike Satan, who has goat-like legs and hooves, Mania has wolf legs and paws, as well as a wolf tail. Her wolf legs, which are gray, have short fur, and begin at her knees. Her tail is gray as well, and a streak of gray fur goes from the base of her tail to halfway up her back. There is also gray fur comvering her breasts and groin area, concieling the fact that she is naked due to her clothes ripping after transforming. She has horns a bit larger than Satan's but they are the same shade of yellow. And awkwardly enough, just as Satan's body becomes muscular and robust, Mania's breasts become larger. She also becomes slightly thinner, and depending on the amount of negative emotions she absorbs, she has black demon wings like Satan's.

Mania's attire in Ente Isla consisted of a beautiful silky black dress, along with an optional cape/mantel and leg gauntlets.

Powers:

-As the Demon Queen of Ente Isla, Mania possessed great demonic power, almost stronger than Satan's due to her family background. The aura that eminates from Mania while she is using her powers is black.

-On Earth, just like Sadao and Alciel, Kino has lost most of her powers, taking the form of an average human woman. Her powers, however, just like her companions, can be restored temporarily by feeding off negative emotions.

Abilities (Mania has most of the same abilities as Satan):

Transformation- Kino can transform into her demon form, gaining a robust, slender body, claws, wolf legs and tail, and horns.

Hypnosis/Mind Control- Kino has the power to mentally influence someone and gather information from their minds with just as glare.

Combat Magic- Kino's combat magic isn't as strong as Sadao's but she is able to use dark magice and her own strength to aid her in battle.

Telekinesis- Kino's telekinetic powers are just as strong as Sadao's, allowing her to lift enormous objects for long periods of time. She sometimes uses her powers to help Ashira and herself out around the 'Devil's Castle'.

Teleportation- Like Sadao, Kino has the power to teleport, either herself alone or someone else, across any distance.

Illusion Magic- Kino's power to shapeshift is many times weaker than Sadao's. The most she has ever been able to turn into so far are small animals.

Sleep Spell- Kino can put someone to sleep with a gentle touch to their face, or even a glare.

Magic Transfer- Kino is able to transfer her own magic to others around her for their own benefit. This can also be considered Healing Magic for Kino, as she usually uses this ability to heal Sadao during battle.

Regeneration- Kino's regenerative powers are not very strong, even in her demon form. Although they were in Ente Isla, it is unknown as to why this power is so much weaker on Earth, though it is most likely due to her giving her magic to Sadao almost constantly.

Flight- Kino has the ability to fly at super speed while in her demon form.

Keen Intellect- Kino is surprisingly intelligent of Earth, being able to gather information easier to aid her, Sadao and Ashira in living a 'normal' life there. She also has very keen 'women's intuiton'.

Enhanced Strength- In her demon form, Kino gains enough strength to lift things many times larger than herself, as well as fend off powerful enemies.

Immense Speed- In both her demon and human form, Kino can move at high speeds.

Immense Endurance- Despite her weak regenerative powers, Kino still has the power to endure many powerful attacks at once.
